Bay Area Adaptive Fitness is a nonprofit organization providing adaptive personal training, injury recovery exercise, disability fitness, adaptive aquatics, and mobile coaching throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, living with a disability, or looking for personalized fitness that meets you where you are, our team is committed to helping you move with greater confidence and independence.
Our Mission
Removing the barriers between people and movement.
Bay Area Adaptive Fitness exists to remove barriers to exercise by providing accessible, inclusive, and individualized fitness programs for people of all abilities.
We believe everyone deserves access to professional coaching regardless of physical ability, mobility, injury history, or life circumstances.
As a nonprofit organization, we also provide scholarships, community education, volunteer opportunities, and accessible programming to help make adaptive fitness available to more people throughout the Bay Area.
We Come To You
No gym membership required.
Unlike a traditional gym, we provide mobile personal training throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We can train clients at:
